2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on Top-List.com was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include:

a. Identification of the material:
A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

b. A statement of good faith belief:
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

c. Your contact information:
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

d. A statement of consent to jurisdiction:
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., in any judicial district where Top-List.com may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

e. Your signature:
A physical or electronic signature.

4. Response to Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • We will notify the user who posted the material about the takedown and provide information on filing a counter-notification if applicable.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification:

  • We may restore the material in question unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or block access for users who repeatedly infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.
